PSA COMPETITION RULES:
Young people can submit videos until September 15, 2007. Submissions must be 30-60 seconds in length. PSA's must be produced by young people age 12-24. PSA's must be on topic, but we will not accept content that is inappropriate, lewd or rude. Filmmakers take responsibility for copyright and content of the PSA's submitted.

People can vote for their favorite PSA only once up to September 30, 2007.

Winners will be announced on this site and contacted October 1, 2007.
